Logistics Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for coordinating the movement, storage, and delivery of materials, products, vehicles, and equipment to support daily operations. Manages scheduling, transportation, inventory flow, deliveries, vendors, and logistics activities while ensuring materials arrive where they are needed, when they are needed, and in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate transportation, deliveries, and material movement
• Schedule shipments, deliveries, vehicles, and drivers
• Monitor inventory flow and material availability
• Coordinate with warehouses, vendors, customers, and suppliers
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues
• Manage logistics documentation and records
• Coordinate equipment and vehicle availability
• Identify delays, shortages, and operational problems
• Monitor costs and improve logistics efficiency
• Communicate schedules and delivery requirements to internal teams
• Ensure safe and organized handling of materials
